摘要
随着煤层开采深度的增加,巷道围岩的不稳定性也随之上升,经常会出现失稳、冒顶等事故,对煤矿安全生产造成严重威胁。根据破碎围岩分区理论及实测分区特性,以霍煤集团河津五星矿为工程背景,深入探讨不稳定巷道围岩注浆工艺及参数(注浆时机、注浆半径、注浆压力等);以及将该注浆技术应用到该矿不稳定巷道围岩中,经实测证实,注浆加固取得良好效果;对类似不稳定区巷道围岩条件下,运用注浆加固技术具有很好的借鉴作用。
Aiming at the instability and roof falling of roadway surrounding rock,the author makes an in-depth exploration on grouting technique and parameters(grouting time,radius and pressure)according to broken surrounding rock partition theory and field measurement partition characteristics,whose application has proved effective in Hejin Wuxing Colliery,providing a reference for grouting reinforcement in similar roadway with unstable surrounding rock.
