摘要
为有效解决西铭煤矿48712采煤面作业过程中产尘量大的问题,针对该面粉尘具有疏水性难于裹挟沉降的特点,试验和应用了活性磁化水控除粉尘技术。实践证明,通过采用“活化+磁化+局部封闭”的综合防尘措施,采煤面作业区域的时间加权平均全尘降尘率≥86%,时间加权平均呼吸尘降尘率≥82%,工作面全尘最大浓度由1104.7 mg/m^(3),减至221.4 mg/m^(3),呼吸性粉尘最大浓度由662.6 mg/m^(3),减至151.3 mg/m^(3),为井工矿井相似条件工作面的粉尘治理提供了一种新型的控除尘工艺和技术,保障了矿工身体安康和矿井安全生产。
In order to effectively solve the problem of large dust accumulation in mining face 48712 of Ximing coal mine,and aiming at the characteristics of dust on coal face with hydrophobicity and difficulty in settling,active magnetization water control dust removal technology was tested and applied.Practice has proved that by adopting the comprehensive dustproof measures of"activation+magnetization+local sealing",the time-weighted average total dust removal rate in the coal face working area is≥86%,the time-weighted average respiratory dust removal rate is≥82%,and the maximum concentration of total dust in the working face is reduced from 1104.7 mg/m^(3)to 221.4 mg/m^(3).The maximum concentration of respirable dust is reduced from 662.6 mg/m^(3)to 151.3 mg/m^(3),which provides a new type of dust control process and technology for dust control in similar working face of mine,and ensures the health of miners and the safety of mine production.
