摘要 为解决综采工作面两道单体柱超前支护时支撑力不足,顶底板破坏严重且匹配度不高,移柱空间不足、工序繁琐等问题,研发了自移式超前液压支架装置,并在现场进行了应用试验。试验结果表明:该装置结构尺寸小,操作简单方便,移架一次只需7~8分钟,有效提高机尾顺槽的支护强度和效率,实现了综采工作面快速推进的目的。 To solve the current situation of insufficient advanced supporting force at the two single columns in the fully mechanized mining face,seriously damaged roof and floor and low matching degree,insufficient space for moving columns,and cumbersome procedures,etc.,the author develops a self-moving advanced hydraulic support device,and carries out its application test on site,whose results show that the device is small in size,simple and convenient to operate,and it only takes 7~8 minutes to move the frame once,effectively improving the support strength and efficiency of the tail trough,and realizing the purpose of rapid advancement of the fully mechanized mining face.
