摘要
利用捷联惯导装置和加速度传感器,并配合使用相关的算法,对刮板输送机的直线度进行检测。利用基于模糊算法的PID闭环控制技术,对机身的直线度进行矫直控制。将设计的直线度检测方法应用到工程实践中进行对比研究,发现可以对刮板输送机的姿态进行准确检测,并对其直线度进行有效控制。
The straightness of the scraper conveyor is detected by using the strapdown inertial navigation device and the acceleration sensor in conjunction with the relevant algorithm.Using the PID closed-loop control technology based on fuzzy algorithm,the straightness of the fuselage is controlled.The paper designs a straightness detection method,which can accurately detect the attitude of the scraper conveyor and control its straightness effectively.
