摘要
为了探寻总花扁核木在云南丽江地区引种失败的原因,将总花扁核木居群按乡(镇)级进行归类,参试的103个居群可细分成14个乡(镇)。探讨了同一乡(镇)级单元下总花扁核木种子纵径、横径、侧径的表型变异。结果表明:在同一乡(镇)级单元背景下,总花扁核木居群间和居群内的变异系数变化不大,但在居群间和居群内的方差存在不同程度的差异性,表型分化系数最小为99.90%,最大为100.00%,且对表型分化系数具有重要贡献的是居群间的方差分量。由于同一乡(镇)级单元具有相似的气候、海拔、光照、水分等条件,因此上述结果说明在同一乡(镇)级单元下各居群间存在明显的生殖隔离,产生这种现象可能与土壤微环境有关。
In order to find out the real reason for the failure of the introduction of Prinsepia utilis,the plant populations were classified according to the township(town) level,and the 103 plant populations can be subdivided into 14 townships(towns).The phenotypic variation of longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter and lateral diameter of seeds of Prinsepia utilis in the same township(town) unit was studied.The results showed that the coefficient of variation among and within plant populations did not change significantly in the same township(town) unit.There were different degrees of variance between and within plant populations.The minimum phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 99.90%,and the maximum was 100%.The important contribution to the phenotypic differentiation coefficient was the variance component among plant populations.Because the same township(town) unit has similar climate,altitude,light,water,etc,it shows that there is obvious reproductive isolation among the plant populations in the same township(town) unit.The origin of this phenomenon should be closely related to the local soil microenvironment.
