摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,技术的发展愈发迅速,新产业在资本市场高歌进军,但融资问题使大量高新技术企业进入瓶颈。科创板为高科技、创新型企业提供直接融资服务,尤其是为中小型高新技术企业提供了发展机会,让真正有硬技术的企业在资本市场中脱颖而出。本文通过对科创板首批上市公司中10家公司的财务能力进行分析,精准全面测量其成长性,从而研究科创板对高新技术企业乃至资本市场发展的意义与影响。
With the advent of the era of big data,the development of technology is more and more rapid.New industries are marching into the capital market.However,the financing problem makes a large number of high-tech enterprises into the bottleneck.The science and innovation board provides direct financing services for high-tech and innovation enterprises,especially provides development opportunities for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,so that enterprises with hard technology can stand out in the capital market.This paper analyzes the financial capacity of 10 companies in the first batch of listed companies on the science and innovation Board,accurately and comprehensively measures their growth,so as to study the significance and influence of the science and innovation board on the development of high-tech enterprises and even the capital market.
