摘要
竭诚服务职工群众是工会的基本职责,职工服务阵地是工会组织发挥服务职能的载体,是密切联系职工的纽带。进入新发展阶段,国有企业工会如何履行服务职工的基本职责,高效、规范地推进职工服务阵地建设,成为国有企业工会急需解决的重要课题。本文以国有企业职工服务阵地建设为研究对象,对北京市G集团工会进行专题调研,总结了推进国有企业工会职工服务阵地建设的有益经验,探讨如何更好地满足职工多样化需求、加强国企工会服务阵地建设。
It is the basic duty of trade unions to serve the masses of workers wholeheartedly,and workers’service positions are the carrier for trade union organizations to play their service functions and are the link to closely contact workers.In the new development stage,how to fulfill the basic duty of serving workers and promote the construction of workers’service positions in an efficient and standardized way has become an important issue that the trade unions of state-owned enterprises need to solve urgently.This paper takes the construction of employee service positions in state-owned enterprises as the research object and conducts special research on Beijing G Group Union,summarizes the beneficial experience of promoting the construction of employee service positions in state-owned enterprise unions,and discusses how to better meet the diversified needs of employees and strengthen the construction of service positions in state-owned enterprise unions.
