西藏自治区县域基础教育设施空间分布格局及其影响因素 被引量:14

Spatial distribution pattern of basic education facilities at county level in Tibet Autonomous Region

摘要 基础教育设施作为普及基础教育的重要载体,其空间分布与影响因素是公共服务设施领域研究的重要议题。采用地理集中指数、冷热点分析、核密度分析等方法探索西藏自治区县域基础教育设施的空间分布格局,继而运用地理探测器厘清其空间分布格局的主要影响因素。结果表明:1)西藏自治区县域基础教育设施空间分布差异显著,主要呈现“东多西少,南多北少”的空间分布格局,各类基础教育设施呈现分散分布态势,阿里地区始终是各类基础教育设施数量占比最低的地区。2)基础教育设施的热点区域主要分布于藏东地区,而冷点区域主要布局于藏西地区,基础教育设施在空间上呈现出“两核一带式”布局,拉萨市成为基础教育设施的高密度核心区,次级核心区出现在日喀则市东南部,高密度核心区和次级核心区边缘地带交错相接。3)西藏自治区县域基础教育设施空间分布更多受到多因子综合同向作用的影响,政策力度在单因子和各因子交互作用中均占据主导地位;经济发展、人口密度与居民生活水平对基础教育设施空间布局均存在不同程度的影响。 As an important carrier of popularizing basic education,the spatial distribution and driving factors of basic education facilities have become important topic in the field of public service facilities.Geographic concentration index,cold and hot spot analysis and kernel density analysis were adopted to explore the spatial distribution pattern of basic education facilities at county level in Tibet Autonomous Region,and then geographical detector was used to clarify the main influencing factors of the spatial distribution pattern.The results show that:1)There were significant differences in the spatial distribution of basic education facilities at county level in Tibet Autonomous Region,showing that there are more basic education facilities in the eastern and less in the western regions,more basic education facilities in the southern and less in the northern regions.Additionally,different kinds of basic education facilities present a trend of scattered allocation,and Ali has consistently obtained the lowest share of all basic education facilities.2)The hot spots of the basic education facilities are mainly distributed in the eastern Tibet,while the cold spots are mainly located in the western Tibet.The basic education facilities present a dual-core and one-belt layout in space,Lasa has become a high-density core area of basic education facilities,with secondary core areas appearing in the southeast of Rikaze.Meanwhile,the periphery of high-density core areas and secondary core areas intersect in space.3)The spatial distribution of basic education facilities in Tibet Autonomous Region is more influenced by multi-factors,and the policy dynamics play a dominant role in the interaction progress of both single-factor and multi-factor.Moreover,economic development,population density and resident’s living standards all influence the spatial distribution of basic education facilities in different degree.
