摘要
我国公众维权意识不断提高,参与环境社会监督的积极作用已初步显现。基于内蒙古自治区298份企业问卷调查数据,采用多元有序Logistic模型实证分析了公众压力对企业环境信用评级变化的影响。结果显示:1)公众压力对企业环境信用评价等级的变化具有显著正向影响,新闻媒体压力的影响效应最强,其次是行业协会压力及社区或社会组织抗议压力,而居民投诉压力的影响效应偏低。2)企业能力显著正向影响环境信用评级的变化,且环境问题解决能力的影响高于环境污染监测能力的作用。3)企业能力在公众压力对评级影响的关系中起显著调节作用,且环境问题解决能力的调节效应更高。研究能够为提高公众参与效果认知及完善企业环境信用评价体系提供经验证据。
Currently,the positive effect of participating in environmental social supervision and exerting pressure on corporates’environmental performance has initially appeared with the continuous improvement of public awareness.Based on the survey data of 298 corporates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,we empirically analyze the influence of public pressure on the change in corporates’environmental performance rating by using multivariate ordered Logistic model.It illustrates that:1)Public pressure has a significant positive effect on the improvement of corporates’environmental performance rating.The influence of news media pressure is the strongest,followed by the pressure of industry associations and the protest pressure of community or social organizations,while the impact of residents’complaints is relatively low.2)Corporates’ability positively affects the change of environmental performance rating,and the effect of environmental problem solving ability is higher than that of environmental pollution monitoring ability.3)Corporates’ability plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between public pressure and the rating change.Compared with the ability of pollution monitoring,the moderating effect of environmental problem solving ability is more obvious.This study can provide empirical evidence for improving the cognition of public participation effect and corporates’environmental performance rating system.
