基于双PLC协同作用的煤层气车载钻机控制系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对煤层气车载钻机传统液压控制不能满足市场需求,考虑钻机结构复杂、外形尺寸大、布线困难、控制I/O多等问题,设计研发一种基于双PLC协同作用的煤层气车载钻机控制系统,系统采用双PLC控制,主控PLC负责指令输入,副控PLC负责指令输出和检测反馈,解决I/O控制端口不够问题;设备钻杆拧卸扣和平台调平功能采用一键自动完成,避免人为单动操作衔接不畅和误操作危险;利用CAN总线进行通信,实现设备之间的数据共享,解决物理布线难、信息实时性差问题。工业性试验结果表明,该控制系统可靠性高、可操控性强、保护机制完善。 In view of the problems that the traditional hydraulic control of coalbed methane truck-mounted drilling rig could not meet market needs, and considering the complex structure of the drilling rig, large dimensions, difficult wiring and multiple control I/O, a control system of coalbed methane truck-mounted drilling rig based on double PLC synergy was designed and developed. It adapt double PLC control to solve the problem of insufficient I/O control port, the main control PLC is responsible for command input, and the auxiliary control PLC is responsible for command output and detection feedback. The equipment drill pipe unscrewing and platform leveling functions were automatically completed by one button to avoid human single action poor operation connection and risk of misoperation. It used CAN bus for communication to realize data sharing between devices and solve the problem of difficult physical wiring and poor real-time information. The industrial test results show that the control system had high reliability, strong maneuverability and perfect protection mechanism.
