Research on Adaptation Technology of High-power Shearer in Thin Coal Seam

摘要 提出一种薄煤层大功率采煤机,适应薄煤层工作面采取的三机配套适配技术方案。该方案以一种半悬机身、全悬截割结构的MG450/1100-WD采煤机为研究对象,其独特的宽机身结构决定其适用于槽宽900 mm及其以上的刮板输送机,在实际推广过程中需要其适配槽宽800 mm型号刮板输送机。设计出一种方案来解决薄煤层采煤机对不同刮板输送机的适用性,使该型号的采煤机得到进一步推广。 Proposed a three-machine adaptation technical solution adopted by a thin coal seam highpower shearer to adapt to thin coal seam working face. The solution uses a semi-suspension body, full suspension cutting structure MG450/1100-WD shearer for coal mining as the research object, and its unique wide body structure determines that it is suitable for scraper conveyor with slot width of 900 mm and above. In the actual promotion process, it needs to be adapted to the scraper conveyor with slot width of 800 mm. Designed a scheme to solve the applicability of thin seam shearer to different scraper conveyor, so that this type of shearer can be further promoted.
