摘要
介绍了一种薄煤层大功率采煤机牵引变频器,采用“一拖一”控制方式。通过优化变频器的布局及结构,保证变频器在原牵引功率55 kW的尺寸不变的前提下,牵引功率提升至90 kW,功率密度大幅增加。同时对研制的高功率密度变频器散热性能和抗振性能以及2个变频器之间的主从性能进行了研究。结果表明:研制的薄煤层大功率采煤机牵引变频器散热性能良好、抗振能力强、2个变频器之间跟随性好,可满足应用于复杂工况的薄煤层大功率采煤机使用要求。
Introduced a kind of thin coal seam high power shearer traction frequency converter, which adopts "one tow one" control mode. By optimizing the layout and structure of the frequency converter,the traction power is increased to 90 kW and the power density is greatly increased under the premise that the size of the original traction power 55 kW remains unchanged. At the same time, the heat dissipation and anti-vibration resistance of the high power dense converter and the master-slave performance between the two converters were studied. The results show that the developed thin coal seam high power shearer traction frequency converter has good heat dissipation performance, strong anti-vibration ability and good following between the two converters, which can meet the requirements of the thin coal seam highpower shearer applied to complex working conditions.
