摘要
为了确定锚固剂最佳搅拌时间和环形厚度,分别进行了搅拌时间试验和锚固剂环形厚度试验研究。以锚固力、锚固剂环形充填饱满度作为锚固质量的衡量指标,通过锚杆拉拔试验确定不同条件下锚杆锚固力,制作专门的剖分装置,锚杆锚固完毕后剖分试件,观察锚固剂充填饱满度。研究结果表明:锚固段长度125mm,中速锚固剂最佳搅拌时间为9s,锚固剂环形充填饱满度随搅拌时间的进一步增加而下降;最佳锚固剂环形厚度区间为2~3mm,环形厚度低于2mm或超过3mm时会发生锚固剂充填不密实或锚杆偏心等现象,导致锚固力急剧下降且锚固质量不均一。
In order to determine the optimal stirring time and ring thickness of the anchoring agent, the single-factor tests are carried out on the two parameters, respectively. Taking the anchoring force and the ring filling fullness of the anchoring agent as the indicator of anchoring quality, the anchor anchoring force under different test conditions is determined by the anchor rod pulling test, and a special splitting device is made, the specimen is split after the anchorage is completed, and the fullness and defects of the anchoring agent are observed. The results show when the length of the anchorage section is 125 mm, the optimal stirring time of the medium-speed anchoring agent is 9 s, and the ring filling fullness of the anchoring agent decreases with the further increase of the stirring time;the ring thickness range of the optimal anchoring agent is 2-3 mm, if the ring thickness is less than 2 mm or more than 3 mm, the anchoring agent filling is not dense or the anchor rod is eccentric, resulting in a sharp decrease in anchoring force and uneven anchor quality.
