摘要
创伤性肠胃炎是牛养殖领域较常见的一种胃部疾病,与饲养管理不当、饲料营养价值较差、饲料中混有异物密切相关。该种疾病的发生流行不存在典型的季节性,一年四季均可以传播。主要是因为饲料中混入了大量的异物,进入到网胃中不能正常向下运转,同时异物因网胃的蠕动刺入到网胃黏膜中,导致网胃出现炎症病变而引发的一种疾病。创伤性网胃炎会导致胃肠道功能出现异常病变,用手轻轻地触诊网胃区有明显的痛感,并且患病牛会出现顽固性的前胃迟缓,使用促消化类药物进行治疗并不能够取得良好的治疗效果。
Traumatic gastroenteritis is a common stomach disease in cattle breeding,which is closely related to improper feeding management,poor nutritional value of feed and mixed foreign body in feed.The epidemic of this kind of disease does not have the typical seasonality,and can spread all year round.The main reason is that a large number of foreign bodies are mixed into the feed and can not move down into the reticulum normally.At the same time,the foreign bodies penetrate into the reticulum Mucosa due to the peristalsis of the reticulum,resulting in an inflammatory disease of the reticulum.Traumatic Gastroenteritis can cause abnormal changes in gastrointestinal function,marked pain when palpated gently by hand in the area of the Reticulum,and stubborn forestomach retardation in affected cattle,treatment with digestibility-boosting drugs does not produce good results.
