摘要
医院科研信息化管理有助于提高医院科研管理水平和效率,推动研究型医院建设。福建医科大学附属第一医院利用医院资源规划(HRP)、钉钉等系统进行科研管理,一定程度上实现了科研信息化,但仍有待完善加强。医院科研管理部门要充分利用挖掘科研大数据,优化管理模式,提高科研信息系统兼容性,建设科研成果转化平台和科研管理云平台,促进多院区科研管理,逐步实现科研全过程精细化、科学化、无纸化管理,推动医院整体科研实力的提高。
Hospital scientific research information management is helpful to improve the level and efficiency of hospital scientific research management and promote the construction of research hospitals.The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University utilizes hospital resource planning(HRP),Ding Talk and other systems for scientific research management and has realized scientific research informatization to a certain extent,but still needs to be improved and strengthened.The hospital's scientific research management department should make full use of mining scientific research big data,optimize the management mode,improve the compatibility of scientific research information system,build a platform for the transformation of scientific research achievements and a cloud platform for scientific research management to promote the scientific research management in multi-hospitals,gradually realize the refinement,scientific and paperless management of the whole scientific research process,and promote the improvement of the overall scientific research strength of the hospital.
