摘要
目的 从构建医疗分队风险评估指标体系入手,建立医疗分队风险评估与管理模式,为医疗分队执行传染性突发公共卫生事件应急救援风险管理决策提供科学依据。方法 运用风险矩阵法确定风险因素风险值,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定风险因素权重,综合各因素权重和风险值,最终确定医疗分队任务风险等级。结果 确定了医疗分队的风险等级为Ⅲ级,Borda序值法对风险因素进行了重要性排序,确定了关键风险。结论 将AHP与风险矩阵法相结合,实现对医疗分队动态风险评估,其可作为医疗分队风险管理的有效途径。
Objective To establish the risk assessment and management model of medical units by constructing the risk assessment index system of medical units,so as to provide scientific basis for medical units to implement the risk management decision of emergency rescue of infectious public health emergencies.Methods The risk matrix method was used to determine the risk value of risk factors,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to determine the weight of risk factors.Integrated the risk value and weight of risk factors,the risk level of medical unit mission was determined.Results The identified risk level of the medical unit was Ⅲ.The importance of risk factors was sorted by Borda sequence value method.Based on the Borda sequence value,key risks were identified.Conclusion Through the combination of AHP and risk matrix method,the study achieves dynamic risk assessment of medical unit,which can be used as an effective way of risk management in medical unit.
