摘要
国家安全学是一门在总体国家安全观指导下服务国家安全实践与理论需求的综合性、交叉性核心支撑学科,在中国特色社会主义建设征程中丰富发展,在服务中国特色国家安全道路的重大理论和现实需求中茁壮成长。立足系统思维,从学科体系、学术体系和话语体系建设的角度探索中国国家安全学自主知识体系构建,是中国国家安全学发展的核心路径。其中,中国国家安全学学科体系构建应以总体国家安全观为指导思想,明确国家安全学的交叉学科属性,强调学科交叉融合发展的路径,以培养高水平复合型国家安全人才为目标,进一步深化学科内涵建设;学术体系构建应以扎根意识、问题意识、主体意识和开放意识为基本出发点和落脚点,探索国家安全学的核心要义、理论框架和解释逻辑;话语体系构建是一项系统工程,应打造标识性概念导引与顶层设计牵引相结合的话语体系理论,增强话语传播的科学性和引导力。面向未来,要注重挖掘国家安全学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系的整体效能,以构建中国自主知识体系为指向,不断推动中国国家安全学建设取得新突破。
National security studies is a comprehensive and intersectional core supporting discipline to implement and serve the holistic view of national security. It has been enriched in building the socialism with Chinese characteristics and thrived in serving the major theoretical and practical needs of the national security path with Chinese characteristics. Based on systematic thinking, exploring the construction of an independent knowledge system of China’s national security studies from the perspective of the discipline system,academic system,and discourse system is the core path of the development of China’s national security studies. Among them,the construction of China’s national security discipline system should be guided by the holistic view of national security,clarify the interdisciplinary nature of national security,emphasize the path of interdisciplinary and integrated development,and promote the construction of discipline connotation to cultivate high-level compound national security talents. The construction of the academic system should take rooted consciousness,problem consciousness,subject consciousness, and openness consciousness as the basic starting point and foothold, and explore the core meaning, theoretical framework, and explanatory logic of national security. The construction of a discourse system is a systematic project,which involves forging a discourse system theory that combines iconic concept guidance and top-level design to enhance the scientificity and guidance of discourse communication. Facing the future, it is essential to pay attention to excavating the overall efficiency of the “three major systems” of national security,namely the discipline system, academic system, and discourse system;and continuously promote breakthroughs in China’s national security studies with the direction of building China’s independent knowledge system.
