减负关键在于提升教学有效性——论“双减”政策所引发的传统教学论问题 被引量:5

The Key to Reducing the Learning Burden of Students Lies on the Improvement of Teaching Efficiency——On the Traditional Pedagogical Issues Arising from the"Double Reduction"Policy

摘要 减负难的根由在于减负增效的内在矛盾性双重诉求。减负的关键在于明确基本立场,坚守虽减必增法则;厘清负担来源构成,减去学生额外负担;锁定增效依赖路径,切实提高教学有效性。传统教学论视域下的减负增效需在继承扬弃基础上,力使教师课堂教学、教材编纂、学生学习有效,改变教学目标的知识取向与任务的考试取向、教学内容的动脑倾向与方法的灌输倾向、教学评价的优生倾向与结果反馈的分数倾向,促进教师、家长、政府观念行为的变更并确保同质同构。 The root cause of the difficulty in reducing the learning burden of students lies in the inherent contradictory double demand of reducing the burden and improving the efficiency.The key to reducing the burden is to determine the basic position and adhere to the rule that while the burden is reduced,the efficiency must be improved;to clarify the composition of the sources of burden and reduce the extra burden of students;to identify the path of the reduction of the burden and effectively improve the teaching efficiency.The reduction of burden and improvement of efficiency from the perspective of traditional pedagogy should be based on inheritance and abandonment,to make teachers’classroom teaching,textbook compilation and students’learning effective.The knowledge-oriented teaching objectives and the examination-oriented tasks,the brain-oriented teaching contents and the inculcationoriented teaching methods,as well as the focus on top-students in teaching assessments and the focus on scores in feedbacks,should all be reformed.Teachers,parents,and government should be urged to change their perceptions and behaviors and ensure the homogeneity.
