摘要
基于信息化的优质教学资源供给是提升乡村学校教育教学质量的重要手段。研究发现,当前资源供给主体参与程度不足且协同性差、供给内容缺乏多样性和乡土性、“在地化”资源库缺乏、网络学习空间与同步直播课堂普及度低,资源供给与教师使用存在供用矛盾。破解供给难题,需要坚持政府在优质资源供给中的主导地位,调动各方协同积极性;以乡村学校教学需求为导向开发适切新资源;加强“在地化”教学资源库建设;开展教师培训,提高乡村教师信息化理念和实践能力。
The supply of information-based high-quality teaching resources is an important means to improve the quality of education and teaching in rural schools.It is found that the participation of suppliers is insufficient and the coordination is poor,the supply content lacks diversity and locality,the"localized"resource database is scarce,the popularity of online learning space and synchronous live classroom is low,the supply of teaching resources has improved the teaching effect of rural schools to a certain extent,and the contradiction between supply and use is still obvious.To solve the supply problem,it is necessary to adhere to the government’s leading position in the supply of high-quality resources and mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties;to develop new resources oriented to the teaching needs of rural schools;to strengthen the construction of"localized"teaching resources;and to carry out teacher training to improve rural teachers’information-based concepts and practical abilities.
