摘要
职业教育在高等教育中占据着重要位置,它的主要社会功能在于促进社会充分就业。实现人才资源与就业市场的有效配置,满足人才资源的深层次需求,有赖于学生高质量、充分就业问题的解决。这也是职业教育高质量发展,学生提高获得感、幸福感、安全感,实现人生价值的基础和前提,且关系着社会、高校及个人的切身利益。如何将职业教育置放于人才市场中,塑造终生就业力;如何培育创新创业精神,纠正不当就业价值观,成为当下提升职业教育社会功能的现实观照和理论思考。
Vocational education occupies an important position in higher education,and its main social function is to promote social full employment.To realize the effective allocation of human resources and employment market and satisfy the deep demand of human resources depends on the solution of the problem of high quality and full employment of students.This is also the basis and premise for the high-quality development of vocational education,the improvement of students'sense of gain,happiness and security,and the realization of the value of life.It is also related to the vital interests of society,universities and individuals.How to place vocational education in the talent market and shape the lifelong employability and how to cultivate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship and correct the value of improper employment has become the realistic observation and theoretical thinking to improve the social function of vocational education.
