摘要
某火电厂自投产运行以来,受EH油系统管路振动影响,一次调频功能设置保守,响应品质较差。针对该问题进行技术分析、逻辑策略调整和参数优化调试,在保证机组一次调频功能满足电网指标要求的前提下,改善EH油系统管路振动情况,提高了机组运行的安全性与经济性。
Since a thermal power plant puting into operation,the EH(electro⁃hydraulic)oil system is affected by pipeline vibration.The setting of the primary frequency regulation function is conservative and the response quality is poor.According to the problem,it uses technical analysis,logic policy adjustment and parameter optimization debugging.On the premise that the primary frequency mod⁃ulation function of the unit meeting the requirements of the power grid index.It improves the pipeline vibration of EH oil system pipe⁃line,the safety and economy of unit operation.
