尾矿库安全管理系统设计

摘要 尾矿库安全问题已成为一个严峻的问题,管理者通过传统方式愈来愈难以全面掌握和决策分析。根据矿山尾矿库现状和安全生产的需要,文章设计了一个尾矿库安全云管理系统,以监测数据库为核心,集成数据采集、实时数据分析、综合分析与评估和实时预警。利用传感器技术和信号传输技术,实现了对尾矿库坝体位移、变形、坝体浸润线、库内水位、库区降雨量、安全视频的全面自动化监测,并建立分析预警模型。在提高工作效率的同时,最大程度地保障了人民生命和财产安全。 The safety of tailings pond has become a serious problem.It is more and more difficult for managers to fully grasp and make decision analysis through traditional methods.In order to meet the needs of the present situation and safe production of the tailings pond,a safety cloud management system for the tailings pond is designed in this paper.The system is a software platform that integrates data acquisition,real-time data analysis,comprehensive analysis and evaluation and real-time warning with monitoring database as the core.By using sensor technology and signal transmission technology,the comprehensive automatic monitoring of the dam displacement,deformation,dam infiltration line,water level in the reservoir,rainfall in the reservoir area and safety video has been realized.Establish an analysis and early warning model.While improving work efficiency,the safety of people’s lives and property is guaranteed to the greatest extent.
