摘要
近年来,食品安全问题越来越受到社会大众的广泛关注,提高食品安全,减少因食品安全问题出现的不良影响成为我国食品检测工作的重点。本文对当前食品检测中使用的重金属检测前处理技术进行综述,以进一步提升我国食品安全检测质量。
In recent years,food safety issues have attracted more and more attention from the public.Improving food safety and reducing the adverse effects caused by food safety issues have become the focus of food testing in China.This paper summarizes the pretreatment technology of heavy metal detection used in food detection at present,in order to further improve the quality of food safety detection in China.
