石墨对Na基膨润土中碳钢腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 本文利用电导率测试、电化学测试和宏微观形貌分析,研究了石墨对钠基膨润土中Q235钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果发现,随着石墨含量的升高,钠基膨润土电导率增加。膨润土中添加的石墨可以显著地降低了Q235钢腐蚀反应电阻,提高了其均匀腐蚀速率,增强其局部腐蚀敏感性,而且这种加速作用可以持续保持。基于Na基膨润土开发缓蚀降阻剂时,建议添加约10%的石墨粉用于提高Na基膨润土的导电性能,同时采用缓释剂的方法降低膨润土的腐蚀性。 The effect of graphite on the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in sodium bentonite was studied using conductivity measurement,electro-chemical measurement,macro-and micro-morphology analysis.The results showed that with the increasing of graphite,the conductivity of the sodium bentonite increased.The graphite decreased significantly the corrosion resistance,enhanced the corrosion rate and increased the local corrosion sensibility of the steel in the sodium bentonite.The promotion effect of the graphite can continue to maintain to the end of the experiment.10% graphite in the sodium bentonite was recommended during the design of the grounding resistance-reducing agent,and the corrosivity of the agent should be controlled using corrosion inhibitor.
