摘要
医疗器械产业增长潜力好,发展活跃度高,是全球新一轮科技革命和产业革命的战略高点。特色小镇作为可持续创新的产业组织形态,是促进医疗器械产业发展创新的重要载体。系统梳理国内外医疗器械产业集群与特色小镇的发展状况,分析医疗器械产业集聚与产业园区型医疗器械特色小镇建设的耦合性关系,深入探索产业园区型医疗器械特色小镇产业空间布局设计思路,提出创新引领与协同发展相结合、技术创新与机制创新相结合、重点突破与发挥优势相结合、政策引导与市场运作相结合、国际交流与产业升级相结合以及将医疗器械小镇产业发展纳入政府高质量发展考核监测体系的产城协同发展的优化策略,为医疗器械特色小镇的发展提供策略指导。
The industry of medical apparatus and instruments has promising potential and strong motive force of development,so it is a leading strategic position in the new round of global scientific and technological revolution combined with industrial revolution.As an industrial organization form for sustainable innovation,the characteristic town is an important carrier to promote the development and innovation of the industry of medical apparatus and instruments.In addition,through systematically sorting out the development status of the industry agglomeration of medical apparatus and instruments together with characteristic towns at home and abroad,analyzing the coupling relationship between the industry agglomeration of medical apparatus and instruments and the construction of industrial park type medical device characteristic towns,as well as exploring the design ideas of industrial spatial distribution of industrial park type town with the characteristic of medical apparatus and instruments,we finally propose to combine innovation led and synergistic development,technological innovation and mechanism innovation,key breakthroughs and advantages,policy guidance and market operation,as well as international exchange and industrial upgrading.Besides,it is also vital to establish a reasonable evaluation system to incorporate the industrial development of the town with the characteristic of medical apparatus and instruments into the government's high quality development assessment and monitoring system,so as to provide strategic guidance for its development.
