弹簧钢轧材中心“孔洞”成因分析及预防

摘要 为研究弹簧钢55SiCrA轧材中心“孔洞”缺陷产生的原因,通过工艺排查,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对缺陷样品分析。结果表明,5SiCrA轧材中心“孔洞”缺陷产生的主要原因为铸坯中心严重缩孔经轧制未能完全愈合并残留至轧材所致。通过连铸工艺优化、加强铸坯中心质量监控、适当提高加热温度,能有效改善弹簧钢轧材中心质量,预防轧材“孔洞”缺陷的发生。 In order to study the cause of the center hole defect of rlled products of spring steel 55SiCrA,defect samples were analyzed by metallographie microscope and scanning electron microscope and the process were investigated.The a-nalysis shows that the main cause of the center hole defect in rolled products of steel 55SiCrA is that the serious shrink-age hole in the center of billet was not healed completely and remains in the rolled products.By optimizing the continu-ous casting process,strengthening the center quaity control of billets and properly raising the heating temperature,the center quality of spring steel rolled products can be improved effectively and prevent the center hole defect from appea-ring.
