摘要
对圈养动物进行正强化行为训练是国内外动物园发展的大趋势,近几年国内各地动物园也陆续开展训练,并取得一定成果。南宁市动物园从2020年10月对1只东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)开展正强化行为训练,利用指令和响片的正向引导,加以食物作为奖励,培养期望行为。经过训练,东北虎可不必麻醉、保定,能主动配合训练员完成定位、口腔检查、前爪检查、尾部抽血和串笼的训练项目,这减少了应激反应,也减轻了饲养员的工作量,表明正强化行为训练能提高动物福利,对训练员开展日常工作能起到积极作用。
The positive reinforcement training for captive animals is a general trend for zoos at home and abroad.In recent years,zoos around China have also developed trainings in succession,and had some achievements.Nanning Zoo began to carry out positive reinforcement training for a Panthera tigris altaica since October,2020,cultivating expected behaviors with the positive guidance of instructions and clickers,and food as reward.After training,it s unnecessary for the P.t.altaica to be anesthetized and protective measures aren t necessary.It can actively cooperate with the trainers to complete the training programs of positioning,oral cavity examination,forepaw examination,tail blood drawing and cage acrossing,which reduces the stress reaction of animals and the breeders workload,suggesting that positive reinforcement training can improve animal welfare and play a positive role in the daily work of trainers.
