低压抽屉柜远程控制改造方案的设计与应用

摘要 在海上石油生产设施无人化改造过程中,配电系统的无人化操作是其中的重要内容,配电系统设备包括高中压配电盘、低压配电盘、照明盘,主要的分断设备包括真空接触器、真空断路器、框架断路器、塑壳断路器、微型断路器。针对有电动分合闸线圈的断路器装置通过改变二次控制回路即可完成远程控制改造,而应用于低压抽屉柜塑壳断路器的远程操作改造相对比较困难。在海工行业由于低压抽屉配电柜占用空间少、维护维修方便、出线回路多等优点应用非常广泛,而其特殊的推进式结构以及机械连锁方式对无人化远程电动操作的改造造成很大的困难。通过对目前主流抽屉配电柜的机械结构分析,结合目前塑壳断路器主流厂商的塑壳断路器电动操作机构,利用新型3D测绘、3D打印技术,精准适配开发低压抽屉柜复合安全连锁机构,解决海上平台400 V配电系统远程控制问题。 In the process of dehumanizing offshore oil production facilities,the unmanned operation of the distribution system is an important part.The distribution system equipment includes high and medium voltage distribution boards,low-voltage distribution boards and lighting boards.The main breaking equipment includes vacuum contactors,vacuum circuit breakers,frame circuit breakers,molded case circuit breakers and miniature circuit breakers.For the circuit breaker device with electric opening and closing coil,the remote control transformation can be completed by changing the secondary control circuit,but it is relatively difficult to apply it to the remote operation transformation of low-voltage drawer cabinet molded case circuit breaker.In the marine industry,the lowvoltage drawer distribution cabinet is widely used due to its advantages such as less space,convenient maintenance and repair,and more outgoing circuits.Its special push structure and mechanical interlocking mode cause great difficulties in the transformation of unmanned remote electric operation.Through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the current mainstream drawer distribution cabinets,combined with the electric operating mechanism of the current mainstream manufacturers of molded case circuit breakers,the new 3D mapping and 3D printing technology is used to accurately adapt and develop the composite safety interlock mechanism of low-voltage drawer cabinets,so as to solve the remote control problem of the 400 V distribution system on the offshore platform.
