摘要
菌酶协同发酵秸秆可以提高饲料品质和营养价值,改善适口性,维持胃肠道菌群稳定,促进畜禽对粗饲料的消化吸收,提高畜禽产品的质量和数量。文章综述菌酶协同发酵秸秆类饲料所需菌种和酶制剂种类、营养特点及其在动物生产中的应用,探讨存在的问题和解决方案,旨在开发利用秸秆类饲料资源,为其在畜禽生产中的合理应用提供参考。
Synergistic fermentation of straw feeds with bacteria and enzymes can increase feed quality and nutritional value,improve palatability,maintain the stability of the gastrointestinal flora,promote the digestion and absorption of roughage by livestock and poultry,and increase the quality and quantity of livestock and poultry products.The paper reviews bacterial strains and enzymes preparation species required for cooperative fermentation of straw feed by bacteria and enzymes,nutritional characteristics and application in animal production,discusses the existing problems and solutions,to provide reference for the development and utilization of straw feed resources and its rational application in livestock and poultry production.
