摘要
随着路面工程施工朝着机械化与智能化的快速发展,路面铣刨已经成为路面维护的主要施工方式,对路面铣刨用的铣刨机、铣刨截齿及硬质合金提出了更高的要求。本文重点介绍路面铣刨机、铣刨用截齿及硬质合金的发展现状,总结了铣刨施工过程中铣刨截齿及硬质合金的主要失效形式及原因,未来铣刨施工将朝着智能化、高效化不断发展。铣刨机及铣刨截齿在我国具有广阔的市场前景,且铣刨机及铣刨截齿国产化进程加速,推动我国逐步成为铣刨机及其配件的制造大国。
With the rapid development of pavement engineering construction towards mechanization and intelligence,roadmilling has become the main construction method for pavement maintenance,and higher requirements are put forward formilling machines,milling picks,and cemented carbide used for roadmilling.This paper highlighted the introduction to thedevelopment status of road milling machines,milling picks,and cemented carbide and summarizedthe main failure modesand causes of milling picks and cemented carbide in the process of milling construction.It is proposed that the millingconstruction will continue developing toward intelligent and efficient construction.Milling machines and milling picks willhavea wide market in China,and the localization process of milling machines and picksis speeding up,which promotes Chinato be the largest manufacturer of milling machines and milling picks.
