摘要
研究炭化装备自动化除杂代替传统的人工手动除杂,并对炭化工艺背景进行了综述。首先将设计过程的实际问题转化为技术矛盾,其次运用矛盾矩阵表得到推荐的创新原理,最终系统运用TRIZ创新原理来指导炭化装备的设计。在创新原理的基础上演绎出解决技术矛盾的可行性结构方案,设计出符合工艺要求的炭化装备。
The automatic impurity removal of carbonization equipment instead of traditional manual impurity remov⁃al is researched,and the background of carbonization process is reviewed.Firstly,the practical problems in the design pro⁃cess are transformed into technical contradictions.Secondly,the recommended innovation principle is obtained by using the contradiction matrix.Finally,the TRIZ innovation principle is systematically used to guide the design of carbonization equipment.On the basis of the innovative principle,the feasible structural scheme to solve the technical contradiction is deduced,and the carbonization equipment that meets the process requirements is designed.
