摘要
人工智能作为推动新一轮科技革命与产业变革的核心驱动力,彰显出变革教育的巨大潜能。在科技与教育双向赋能的关键节点,联合国教科文组织在2021国际人工智能与教育会议上发布了《人工智能与教育:政策制定者指南》出版物。首先,该文介绍了《指南》的发布背景与主要内容,分析了解读的意义;然后,阐述了政策制定者关于人工智能的必备知识;其次,探讨了人工智能在教育领域中赋能教育管理与供给、学生学习与评价、教师教学与发展的三大应用场景;再次,剖析了借助人工智能实现可持续发展目标4面临的挑战,包括人工智能教育应用的数据与算法伦理风险,性别平等,研究、监测与评估,对教师角色与学生学习的影响等;接着,总结了人工智能与教育政策的形式及其制定的关键策略;最后,凝练了确保人工智能服务共同利益、促进教育系统变革的发展方向,以期为我国教育数字转型与智能升级战略制定提供借鉴与参考。
Artificial Intelligence(AI),as a core driving force leading a new round of scientific&technological revolution and industrial transformation,has shown tremendous potential in transforming education.At the historical juncture in realizing the twoway empowerment of science&technology and education,UNESCO launched AI and Education:Guidance for Policy-makers at the 2021 edition of the International Forum on AI and Education.This article firstly introduces the publishing background and main contents of the guide,and analyzes the significance of interpretation.Secondly,it discusses three basic application scenarios of AI empowerment in the field of education,namely,education management and provision,learning and evaluation for students,as well as teaching and development for teachers.Thirdly,it examines challenges faced by harnessing AI to achieve SDG4.This includes considering the ethical risks of data and algorithms,gender equality,research,monitoring,and evaluation when using AI in education,and its impacts on teachers’role and students’learning.Then,it summarizes the current approaches to responses and recommendations for AI and education policies.It finally concludes the way forwards to make AI a common good to promote the systematic transformation in education,while also expecting to provide experience and reference for the formulation of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading strategy of education in China.
