摘要 在“互联网+教育”的大背景下,教育部提出实施基础教育数字化战略行动,大力推进优质教育资源共建共享,进一步缩小“数字鸿沟”,把数字资源的静态势能转化为教育改革的动能,推动实现教育数字化转型。让优质数字教育资源落地乡村学校,是践行教育数字化转型的写照,研究瞄准乡村学校数字教育资源缺乏、优质教师资源不足的要害问题作为突破口,探寻问题解决的方法路径,以数字教育资源校本化建设与应用作为解决问题的抓手,总结提出了数字教育资源校本化实践框架,形成了让教师增能、课堂提质的经验和方法,为实现乡村教育的数字化转型,让乡村教师广泛充分地应用数字资源开展教学,实现乡村学校教育的高质量发展,提供了可值得借鉴的经验。 under the background of“Internet plus education”,the Ministry of education has put forward the implementation of digital strategy of basic education,vigorously promoting the sharing and sharing of high-quality educational resources,further narrowing the“digital divide”,transforming the static potential energy of digital resources into the kinetic energy of educational reform,and promoting the transformation of educational digitalization.The implementation of high-quality digital education resources in rural schools is a portrayal of the practice of digital education transformation.The research aims at the key problems of the lack of digital education resources and the lack of high-quality teacher resources in rural schools as a breakthrough,explores the methods and paths to solve the problems,takes the school-based construction and application of digital education resources as the starting point to solve the problems,summarizes and puts forward the school-based practice framework of digital education resources,and forms a practical framework for empowering teachers The experience and methods of classroom quality improvement provide valuable experience for realizing the digital transformation of rural education,making rural teachers widely and fully use digital resources to carry out teaching,and realizing the high-quality development of rural school education.
