摘要
广州亚运城前身为运动员村,曾肩负“启动广州新城”的重任,发展已十余年。文章选取部分运动员村案例,通过研究它们与主场馆区域的区位关系、规划建设主导方以及发展情况,剖析了广州亚运城及相邻区域在远离主场馆区域、赛后建设由房企主导以及永久基本农田划定等因素影响下的规划和建设脉络,为其后续优化提供了参考依据,并为今后运动员村的选址、规划、建设及相应主导者的选择提供了启示。
Guangzhou Asian Games City,formerly known as the Athletes Village and used to undertake the important task of"starting Guangzhou New City",have developed for more than ten years.Through studying some Athletes Villages,this paper analyses the location relationship between these athletes’villages and their main venue area,and it also points out the leader and the development of planning and construction.Based on the above,this paper analyses several reasons have influenced the development of Guangzhou Asian Games City and the adjacent area,such as Guangzhou Asian Games City being far away from the main venue area,the post-game construction being dominated by real estate enterprises,and Guangzhou delimiting permanent basic farmland.This article provides reference basis for the subsequent development of Guangzhou Asian Games City,and it also provides the inspiration for the future Athletes Villages in the aspects of site selection,planning,construction,the corresponding leader selection and so on.
