摘要
肥胖症是一种内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病,是由遗传、环境等多种因素相互作用而引起的饮食调控和能量失衡,从而导致体内脂肪组织储存过多。肥胖不仅是多种慢性疾病的高危因素,而且还影响育龄期女性的生育功能。肥胖可引起女性生殖内分泌异常、月经周期紊乱、排卵障碍、卵子质量降低及子宫内膜容受性下降等,最终导致不孕症的发生。此外,肥胖还与早期流产、复发性流产、妊娠相关疾病、分娩并发症及胎儿并发症等关系密切。文章从肥胖的概述,肥胖对女性生殖功能、妊娠结局和子代的影响四方面进行综述。
Obesity is a disorder of endocrine and metabolism.It is caused by the interaction of genetics,environment and other factors to regulate diet and energy imbalance,which leads to excessive storage of fat tissue in the body.Obesity is not only a high-risk factor for many chronic diseases,but also has an important impact on the reproductive function of women of childbearing age.Obesity cause female reproductive endocrine abnormalities,menstrual cycle disorders,ovulation disorders,decreased egg quality,decrease endometrial receptivity,etc.and ultimately lead to infertility.In addition,obesity is also closely related to early miscarriage,recurrent miscarriage,pregnancy-related diseases,delivery complications and fetal complications.This article will review the four aspects:the overview of obesity,the impact of obesity on various aspects of female reproductive function,and the impact on pregnancy outcome and offspring.
