贵州高原普定水库浮游植物群落的多样性特征及水质评价

摘要 为了解贵州普定水库浮游植物群落结构特征,于2020年10月~2021年8月对普定水库进行了4次采样调查。结果表明:普定水库共鉴定出浮游植物7门59种,其中蓝藻门12种、绿藻门22种、硅藻门15种,占总物种数的91.53%;优势种在各月份有所不同,湖泊假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena limnetica)、尖针杆藻(Synedra acusvar)和啮蚀隐藻(Cryptomonas erosa)为常见优势种;浮游植物丰度在1.66×10^(6)~7.89×10^(6) cells/L之间,其中蓝藻门和硅藻门为丰度主要贡献类群,空间上浮游植物丰度呈现从上游到下游逐渐增加的趋势;普定水库的综合营养指数范围为43.71~51.46,浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Margalef多样性指数(D)和Pielous多样性指数(J)的范围分别为1.24~1.99、0.97~1.23和0.45~0.67,综合评价结果可得普定水库水质处于中营养状态。 In order to understand the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure in Puding Reservoir,Guizhou,four sampling surveys were conducted on Puding Reservoir from October 2020 to August 2021.The results showed that:a total of 59 species of phytoplankton in 7 phyla were identified in Puding Reservoir,including 12 species of Cyanobacteria,22 species of Chlorophyta and 15 species of Bacillariophyta,accounting for 91.53%of the total number of species.Dominant species varied from month to month,and Pseudanabaena limnetica,Synedra acusvar and Cryptomonas erosa were common dominant species.Phytoplankton abundance was between 1.66×10^(6) cells/L and 7.89×10^(6) cells/L,among which Cyanobacteria and Bacillariophyta were the main contributors to abundance,and spatial abundance showed a gradual increase from upstream to downstream.Puding Reservoir's comprehensive nutritional index ranges from 43.71 to 51.46,the ranges of Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′),Margalef diversity index(D)and Pielous diversity index(J)of phytoplankton were 1.24~1.99,0.97~1.23 and 0.45~0.67,respectively.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the water quality of Puding Reservoir was in a mesotrophic state.
