摘要
培养和选拔一批具有较强学术竞争力的学术人才,提升科研创新能力。分析近几年规培医师获批院内培育项目资助情况,包括如何组织培育项目申报与遴选、培养与管理、考核与奖惩。研究结果表明,规培医师通过院内培育资助,能以优异的科研业绩申报各类课题。制定一套规培医师的科研能力培养体系对于培养临床、科研的“双栖”人才,提高医院的科技竞争力具有重要的意义。
To cultivate and select a group of academic talents with strong academic competitiveness to enhance scientific research and innovation ability. Analyze the funding of the approved in-hospital cultivation projects for standardized training of residents in recent years, including how to organize the application and selection of training programs, training and management, assessment, rewards and punishments. The results of the study show that, through in-hospital training and funding, the doctors can apply for various subjects with excellent scientific research achievements. It is of great significance to develop a set of scientific research ability training system for doctors to cultivate “double habitat” talents in clinical and scientific research, and to improve the level of scientific and technological competitiveness of hospitals.
