摘要
针对传统环锭纺纱牵伸能力有限,提高牵伸倍数不能保证成纱质量的问题,探讨一种新型的超大牵伸装置。介绍了双向延伸胶圈超大牵伸装置的特点与机理;采用离散事件模拟细纱后牵伸区并统计变速点分布情况;在超大牵伸装置与传统的两区牵伸装置上采用相同定量的粗纱纺制相同细度的纱线,并对其成线质量进行对比。试验结果表明:随着后区牵伸由1.2倍增加到3.6倍,在超大牵伸装置上所纺纱线条干得到明显改善,后区牵伸2.4倍时纱线条干不匀率达到相对最佳,但毛羽数增加。认为:双向延伸胶圈超大牵伸装置对细纱超大牵伸有较好的适应性,成纱条干佳,但纱线毛羽数有所增加。
Aimed at problems like limited draft capability for traditional ring spinning and yarn quality can not be guaranteed after increasing draft multiple,a kind of new super-large draft device was discussed.Characteristics and mechanism of bi-directional extending apron super-large draft device were introduced.Discrete event was adopted to simulate back zone draft in yarn spinning and count distribution situation of accelerated points.Same weight per unit roving was adopted to spin same fineness yarns on super-large draft device and traditional with device two draft zones.Yarn qualities were compared.Experimental results showed that evenness of yarn spun by super-large draft device was obviously improved as back zone draft multiple was increased from 1.2 times to 3.6 times.When back zone draft multiple was 2.4 times,yarn unevenness was reached relatively optimum,but hairiness number was increased.It is considered that bi-directional extending apron super-large draft device shows better adaptation for yarn spinning super-large draft.Yarn evenness is better,but yarn hairiness number is increased.
