基于反渗透技术的重金属废水处理研究 被引量:5

摘要 在工业生产中,由于要使用金属材料、化学药剂等不可或缺的原料,必然会产生各种类型的重金属废水。如果这些废水不经过合格处理就排放,其中的重金属离子的不可降解特性就会造成环境污染问题。同时,废水中的镍、铜等贵重的重金属元素也会出现资源浪费的现象。因此,在工业生产可持续绿色发展的时代背景下,反渗透技术作为一种全新的重金属废水处理技术,在可操作性、工艺流程等方面有着诸多优势,且废水中的贵重金属也得到了二次回收、利用,非常符合工业生产中的清洁化、绿色化要求。本文为了进一步推广在重金属废水处理中应用反渗透技术,首先全面研究了我国重金属废水的产生源头以及污染发展状况,然后对反渗透技术运作的原理和实际应用流程进行了分析,最后探讨了在重金属废水处理中应用反渗透技术的发展趋势。 In industrial production,due to the use of metal materials,chemicals and other indispensable raw materials,it is inevitable to produce various types of heavy metal wastewater.If the waste water is discharged without qualified treatment,the non-degradable characteristics of heavy metal ions will cause environmental pollution problems,at the same time,nickel,copper and other precious heavy metal elements in the waste water will also waste resources.Therefore,in the industrial production of sustainable development of green era background,the reverse osmosis technology as a new kind of heavy metal wastewater treatment technology,the maneuverability,technological process has many advantages,such as their precious metals and waste water of the secondary recovery and utilization,conform to the requirements of the industrial production of clean,green very much.In this paper,in order to further promote application of reverse osmosis technology in heavy metal waste water treatment,the first comprehensive study of the source and the pollution of heavy metal wastewater development of our country,and then the principle of operation of reverse osmosis technology and practical application process are analyzed,and finally discusses the application of reverse osmosis technology in heavy metal wastew ater treatment developme nt trend.
