摘要
城市副中心剧院屋盖为大跨度悬垂脊线单层反曲双坡网格结构,空间四边形网格采用箱型构件焊接而成,节点复杂,深化难度大。为确保工程质量、降低构件加工难度、节省加工周期,通过实际放样结合数据统计对屋盖整体线型进行优化、深入分析探讨屋盖典型节点深化方法,并佐以有限元分析所选节点的合理性,有效地控制了箱型构件加工变形及质量,缩短了加工周期,确保了工程质量和进度,为后续箱型截面的单层反曲双坡网格结构的节点深化提供经验。
The roof of Beijing city sub-center theater is a large-span overhanging ridgeline single-layer inverted double-slope grid structure,and the space quadrilateral grid is welded by boxtype components,with complex nodes and difficult to deepen.In order to ensure the quality of the project,reduce the difficulty of component processing,and save the processing cycle,the overall line type of the roof is optimized through actual lofting combined with data statistics,and the typical node deepening method of the roof is discussed in depth,and the rationality of the selected node is analyzed by finite element.It effectively controls the deformation and quality of the box-type component processing,shortens the processing cycle,and ensures the quality and progress of the project.It can provides experience for nodal deepening of single-layer inverted double-slope mesh structures of subsequent box-type cross-sections.
