摘要
随着社会经济的发展和科技的飞速发展,对机器的设计与制造的需求越来越大,机械制造行业的发展,对社会和经济的发展具有重大的推动作用,各机械企业要不断积累经验,提高设计能力,提高工艺技术水平、生产水平。为此,介绍了机械制造的具体过程,对机械设计的基础理论进行了综述,并对其在机械设计与生产中应注意的问题进行了研讨,并针对机械制造工艺合理化机械设计需要注意的问题进行系统阐述,研究结果以期为机械制造工艺中的合理化机械设计、保证机器的安全和有效运转提供技术参考。
With the development of social and economic development,the rapid development of science and technology,the design and manufacture of machinery for the increasing demand for the development of the machinery manufacturing industry,the development of social and economic development has a significant role in promoting the development of various machinery enterprises to continue to accumulate experience,improve the design capabilities,improve the level of technology,production level.To this end,this paper firstly introduces the specific process of machinery manufacturing,reviews the basic theory of mechanical design,and discusses some of the problems that should be paid attention to in its mechanical design and production,and systematically elaborates on the problems that need to be paid attention to in rationalizing mechanical design for the machinery manufacturing process,and the research results with a view to providing rational mechanical design for the machinery manufacturing process,ensuring the safe and effective operation of machines The results of the study are intended to provide a technical reference for the rationalization of mechanical design in machine building process and to ensure the safe and effective operation of machines.
