摘要
高校实验室化学品安全是实验室安全的重中之重,为提高化学品的精细化管理,设计并搭建了化学品管理平台、实验室安全教育与考试平台及实验室安全监管系统,实现了实验室化学品的全流程管控,化学品安全知识的自主学习及准入考核,及实验室危化品看护、有毒有害气体泄露报警等自动化监管功能。实践证明,信息化平台的强大功能有效的提高了化学品的精准管控,增强了实验人员的化学品安全知识技能,提升了实验室化学品的智能化管控。
Chemical safety in university laboratories is the top priority of laboratory safety.In order to improve the refined management of laboratory chemicals,a chemical management platform,a laboratory safety education and examination platform and a laboratory safety supervision system were designed and built.It realized the whole process control of the laboratory chemicals,self-learning of chemical safety knowledge and access assessment,as well as laboratory care of hazardous chemicals,toxic and harmful gas leakage alarm,etc.Practice proved that the powerful functions of the information platform effectively improved the precise management and control of chemicals,enhanced the chemical safety knowledge and skills of laboratory personnel,and improved the intelligent automatic supervision of laboratory chemicals.
