摘要
目的 探讨综合康复护理在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年3月至2021年2月我院收治的46例高血压脑出血偏瘫的患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶分类法将其分为对照组(23例,常规护理干预)及观察组(23例,在对照组基础上联合综合康复护理干预)。比较两组护理干预效果。结果 观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的巴氏指数(BI)及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的脑卒中影响量表(SIS)及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复护理应用于高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中,可减轻负面情绪,提高生活自理能力、肢体运动功能及生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 46 cases of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(23 cases,routine nursing intervention) and observation group(23 cases,combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group) according to odd-even classification method.The effects of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).After nursing,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the diffrenes were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Barthel Index(BI) and Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment Scale(FMA) scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group( P<0.05).After nursing,Stroke Impact Scale(SIS) and the 36-item Short From Health Survey(SF-36) scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the diffrenes were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing applied to hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce negative emotion,improve self-care ability,limb motor function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
