摘要
实习基地对学生专业实践能力的形成和发展具有十分重要的作用。综合医院已成为应用心理学专业主要的实习基地之一,文章剖析实习带教中存在的问题,从实习目标、多元化实践教学方法的运用、考核体系、师资建设等方面探讨有效对策,为探索有别于医学生的临床实习带教积累经验,提高教学质量。
The practice base plays a very important role in the formation and development of students’professional practical ability.General hospitals have become one of the main practice bases of applied psychology.This paper analyzes the problems existing in practice teaching,and probes into effective countermeasures from the aspects of practice objectives,the application of diversified practice teaching methods,assessment system,teacher construction,etc.,so as to accumulate experience for exploring clinical practice teaching different from medical students and improve teaching quality.
