摘要
目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变采用苦碟子注射液联合甲钴胺的治疗效果。方法将巨野县中医院2019年6月—2021年6月收治的120例糖尿病神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与参照组,各60例。参照组在基础治疗上采取甲钴胺治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上联合苦碟子注射液治疗。比较治疗前后研究组与参照组两组患者的神经传导速度、治疗效果以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、空腹血糖(GLU)以及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗前两组各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后运动与感觉传导速度比治疗前明显提高,研究组运动与感觉传导速度比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于参照组81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组GHb、GLU以及胰岛素抵抗指数比参照组低,HDL-C比参照组高,且治疗后GHb、GLU以及胰岛素抵抗指数比同组治疗前底,HDL-C、比同组治疗前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论对于神经病变的患者采取苦碟子联合甲钴胺进行治疗,能够对患者的神经传导速度,以及机体各项指征进行改善,有效的提高治疗效果,并且没有发生不良反应,安全性较好。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Kudiezi injection combined with methylcobalamin for dia⁃betic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 120 patients with diabetes neuropathy admitted to Juye County Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Mecobalamin on the basis of basic treatment,and the study group was treated with Kudiezi Injection on the basis of the reference group.The nerve conduction velocity,therapeutic effect,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHB),fasting blood glu⁃cose(Glu)and insulin resistance index were compared between the study group and the reference group before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators between the two groups be⁃fore treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor and sensory conduction velocities were significantly higher than those before treatment.The motor and sensory conduction velocities in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05).After treatment,the glycosylated(GHB),Glu and insulin resistance index of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and HDL-C was higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GHB Glu and insulin resistance index of the study group were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than those of the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Kudiezi combined with methylcobalamin for the treatment of patients with neuropathy can improve the nerve conduction velocity of the patient and various indicators of the body,effectively improve the treatment effect,and there is no adverse reaction,and the safety is good.
