摘要
用氯化钙作为提取系,研究了浙江省内311组土壤实际样品中6种可提取态重金属(镉、砷、铜、铅、锌、镍)的精密度控制指标(室内相对偏差和室间相对偏差)。研究结果表明,室内相对偏差控制指标建议如下:镉≤25%、砷≤35%、铜≤20%、铅≤30%、锌≤20%、镍≤25%。室间相对偏差控制指标建议如下:镉≤40%、砷≤40%、铜≤30%、铅≤55%、锌≤45%、镍≤35%。本研究结果是对当前土壤中6种可提取态重金属控制指标的有效完善和补充,将对大型土壤调查中的质控评价提供科学依据。
The precision control indexes of 311 soil samples for the determination of six extractable heavy metals extracted by CaCl_(2) were studied.Control indexes of within-laboratory relative deviation were recommended as fallows:Cd≤25%,As≤35%,Cu≤20%,Pb≤30%,Zn≤20%,Ni≤25%.Control indexes of interlaboratory relative deviation were recommended as fallows:Cd≤40%,As≤40%,Cu≤30%,Pb≤55%,Zn≤45%,Ni≤35%.This result is the supplement and perfection of the quality control reference indexes for the six extractable heavy metals at present.And it offers scientific evidence in quality control and evaluation of large scale soil surveys.
