摘要
从实用角度出发,讨论了目前户内高压真空断路器在线监测下位机装置研发设计方案中常见的问题。从装置电源设计、角速度传感器安装方式、振动传感器的驱动方式、电流/电压信号采集以及装置接口隔离防护等方面,提供了新的解决方案。通过改进硬件设计方案,提高在线监测装置的实用性,使装置更符合实际使用工况,有利于装置的推广使用。
This article discusses the common problems in the design schemes of the on-line monitoring device for the indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers from a practical point of view.And this article provides new solutions in terms of device power supply design,angular velocity sensor installation method,vibration sensor drive method,current/voltage signal acquisition,and device interface isolation protection.The improvements of the hardware design schemes make the practicability of the online monitoring device promoted,and make the device more in line with the actual operating conditions,which are conducive to the popularization and use of the device.
