摘要
为解决重载列车的载荷影响管道安全运行的问题,本文研究了埋地管道在重载列车载荷作用下的力学行为,通过建立有限元模型,研究了列车载荷、埋深和内压等因素对管道受力的影响。结果表明:管道高应力区出现在列车轨道正下方。在管道顶部,管道内表面的最大应力较大;但在管道底部,管道外表面的最大应力较大。在轨道下方的管段中,管顶受压,管底受拉,管道的横截面变化较小。最大垂直和水平位移分别位于管道顶部和侧面。管道的最大Von Mises应力、轴向应变和位移随列车载荷的增大而增大,随埋深的增加而减小。内压会增加管道的Von Mises应力,但管道位移会减小。
In order to solve the problem that the load of heavy haul trains railway affects the safe operation of pipelines.In this paper,the mechanical behavior of buried pipeline under heavy-haul train load is studied.Through the establishment of finite element model,the influence of train load,buried depth,internal pressure and other factors on pipeline stress is studied.The results show that the high stress area of the pipeline appears directly below the train track.At the top of the pipe,the maximum stress on the inner surface of the pipe is larger,but at the bottom of the pipe,the maximum stress on the outer surface of the pipe is larger.In the pipe section below the track,the pipe top is compressed and the pipe bottom is pulled.The cross-sectional variation of the pipeline is small.The maximum vertical and horizontal displacements are located at the top and side of the pipe respectively.The maximum Von Mises stress,axial strain and displacement of the pipeline increase with the increase of train load,and decrease with the increase of buried depth.Internal pressure increases the Von Mises stress of the pipe,but the displacement of the pipe decreases.
