摘要
为了分析藏红花花瓣的挥发性成分,为藏红花的深度开发奠定基础数据。采用同时蒸馏萃取法从藏红花花瓣中提取挥发油,用GC-MS分离鉴定成分并测定各成分的相对含量。从花瓣中共鉴定出化合物129个,总相对含量为90.36%。其中,酯类成分有37个,总相对含量为44.96%;酸类成分有15个,总相对含量为28.53%;酮类成分有20个,总相对含量为7.76%;烷烃及其他成分有36个,总相对含量为4.91%;醛类成分有13个,总相对含量为2.46%;醇类成分有7个,总相对含量为1.68%。主要成分为棕榈酸(12.73%)、棕榈酸乙酯(7.22%)、十六酸甲酯(7.11%)、2(5H)-呋喃酮(6.89%)、亚油酸甲酯(6.81%)、亚麻酸甲酯(6.28%)、月桂酸(4.77%)、亚油酸乙酯(5.15%)、亚麻酸乙酯(3.86%)、亚油酸(3.49%)、亚麻酸(2.53%)和邻苯二甲酸异丁基辛基酯(1.11%)。藏红花花瓣与柱头的挥发油成分有着较大区别,可以作为藏红花深度开发的原材料进一步加以应用。
To lay fundation for the deep application of Crocus sativus L.,the volatile oil was extracted from the petals of Crocus sativus and the components of the volatile oil were analyzed.Simultaneous Distillation Extraction was used to extract the volatile oil,and GC-MS was use to separate and identify the components.The relative content of components were calculated.The results showed that 129 compounds were identified from the petal extract of Crocus sativus,which accout for the 90.36 percent of all relative contents.Among them,there were 37 esters with a total relative content of 44.96%,15 acids with a total relative content of 28.53%,20 ketones with a total relative content of 7.76%,36 alkanes and other components,the total relative content was 4.91%,13 aldehydes with a total relative content of 2.46%,and 7 alcohols with a total relative content of 1.68%.The main components were palmitic acid(12.73%),ethyl palmitate(7.22%),methyl hexadecanoate(7.11%),2(5H)-furanone(6.89%),methyl linoleate(6.81%),methyl linolenate(6.28%),lauric acid(4.77%),ethyl linoleate(5.15%),ethyl linolenate(3.86%),linoleic acid(3.49%),linolenic acid(2.53%)and isobutyl octyl phthalate(1.11%).Composition of volatile oil of petals was different form that of stigma of Crocus sativus,which indicated that petals are valuable material for deep application of Crocus sativus.
