摘要 技术技能型人才是食品行业企业发展的动力之一,对食品行业企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,职业院校担负着为食品企业输送技术技能型人才的重任。为了解目前职业院校食品类专业培养的人才是否适应企业的需求,首先分析了食品类专业人才需求现状,接着对职业院校食品类专业课程体系的构成进行探究,阐述了目前食品类专业课程体系的总体培养目标、课程设置基本情况及所存在的问题,最后通过学习和借鉴国外食品类专业的课程体系设置,对我国职业院校食品类专业课程体系中存在的问题提出解决的建议。 Technical and skilled talents are one of the driving forces for the development of enterprises in the food industry and play a vital role in the development of enterprises in the food industry.In order to understand whether the food professionals trained by the vocational college meet the needs of enterprises,the current situation of demands for food professionalare analyzed first,and then the composition of the food curriculum system in vocational colleges was studied.Besides,the training objective of food specialty curriculum system,the situation of course offerings and the existing problems were expounded.Ultimately,through the study from the foreign countries,the suggestions to food course system in vocational colleges in China were put forward.
